How To Care For Your Scrubs

Prep Before Washing
- Empty all pockets
- Turn scrubs inside out
- Separate whites, darks and colours
- Treat stains as soon as possible
Wash
- Use a good-quality detergent
- Don't overload the washing machine
- Wash workwear separately where possible
- Always check the garment care label
Dry
- Remove scrubs promptly after washing
- Air dry where possible
- Tumble dry on a low setting
- Avoid high heat or over-drying
Iron & Store
- Follow the ironing temperature on the care label
- Don't iron directly over logos or branding
- Make sure scrubs are completely dry
- Fold or hang in a clean, dry place
Get the Temperature Right
Always check the care label first. Washing above the recommended temperature can cause shrinkage, particularly with polyester-cotton blends.
