Logo Setup (Digitising)
Before a logo can be embroidered, it must be converted into a special embroidery format known as digitising.

This covers preparing and digitising your logo for embroidery. This fee is only charged once per logo and we will then store your logo on our system for repeat orders.
There is no setup fee for text embroidery (e.g. names or job titles).
Embroidery Placement
The most common placement for embroidered uniforms is the left chest, giving a clean and professional finish. If you are unsure what works best, our team will be happy to advise.
Turnaround Time
Please allow 5–15 working days for embroidery to be completed before dispatch. Large clinic or hospital orders may require additional time during busy periods.
